FAQ
What counts as a "text"?
One run of the questionnaire that ends in a finished text. Another version, shorter, longer, another format or a free-form change don't count as a new text, up to 2 changes per text.
What happens to unused texts?
The quota resets at the start of every month and doesn't roll over. Extra texts bought separately stay for 12 months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, with one click on the Plan & payment screen or by email. No call, no reason needed.
What if it's not for me?
Within 14 days of any payment you get a full refund. On a yearly plan, after 14 days you can still end it and get a prorated refund for the full months left. No cancellation fees.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. The price shown is the final price. If sales tax or VAT applies in your country, it is already included.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for CopyDNA orders. Paddle issues the invoice.
