2. Accepting these terms

Signing up for or using the Service means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or over.

3. What the Service does

The Service characterizes your writing style through a questionnaire, and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to write persuasive texts: posts, emails, landing pages, scripts and more.

The way the Service builds the text is our trade secret. You may not try to extract, reproduce or copy it, including through requests to the Service itself.

4. User account

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

6. Your content and the texts written for you

7. Plans, payment and subscriptions

8. Cancellation and refunds

9. Account suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account in cases of: material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or a security risk, or repeated violations. We will give notice in advance and allow the breach to be fixed, unless there is an immediate risk or a legal duty to act at once.

If we close an account for a reason other than a breach by the user, or if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund pro rata any unused subscription period and unused credits, and give reasonable time to download the texts.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@copydna.app.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, code, design, the name CopyDNA, the questionnaire and the method by which texts are built belong to us. Using the Service does not transfer any right in them, other than permission to use the Service under these terms.

11. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service running at all times, but we do not guarantee it will operate without interruptions or faults. The Service also relies on external providers (for example the AI provider), and a fault on their side may affect it. We may change, add or remove features.

12. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profits, or the results of publishing a text that was not reviewed before publication (see section 6). Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the event.

These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by our gross negligence, and do not limit rights that the law grants consumers and that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any material change. A change that is to your detriment will apply to an existing subscription only from the next renewal. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel under the law are the place to resolve disputes. This does not limit consumer rights that the law of the user's country grants and that cannot be waived, including the right to sue in their own country. Before going to court, we will be glad to try to resolve any issue by email to support@copydna.app.
