Refund Policy – CopyDNA
Last updated: October 20, 2026
In short
Not satisfied? You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, without having to explain why.
What is refundable
- Monthly or yearly subscription: full refund of a payment made in the last 14 days. This includes both a first payment and an automatic renewal.
- Credit pack: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Monthly subscription, after 14 days: you can cancel at any time. Access remains until the end of the paid month, and the subscription does not renew.
- Yearly subscription, after 14 days: you can choose to:
- keep using it until the end of the paid year, and the subscription will not renew; or
- end immediately and receive a pro-rata refund for the full months remaining, based on the monthly price within the yearly subscription. For example: a yearly Basic subscription (₪708) cancelled after 4 months and 10 days: 7 full months remain, and the refund is 7 × ₪59 = ₪413.
- Unused credits after 14 days: not refunded, and they remain in the account until the end of the 12 months.
- No cancellation fees in any case.
- Yearly renewal: 30 to 60 days before a yearly subscription renews, we send a separate reminder email with the amount and a cancellation link.
How to request a refund
Payments are made through Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders, and Paddle also handles refunds. There are two ways:
- On paddle.net: look up your order by email address and choose to request a refund.
- Or by email to support@copydna.app, with your account email address. We will pass the request on to Paddle.
The refund is returned to the same payment method. The time until the money appears in your account depends on your card company or PayPal, usually up to 10 business days.
What happens to the account after a refund
After a subscription refund, the account returns to the trial plan. After a credits refund, the unused credits are removed from the account. Texts already written remain in the account.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund only in case of fraud or abuse of this policy (for example, repeated requests for the same service). Paddle may also refuse in such cases, under Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Your rights under the law
This policy does not limit rights granted by law, including cancellation of a transaction under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, and the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where the law grants more, the law prevails.
