Accessibility Statement – CopyDNA

Our commitment

We want the service to work for everyone who wants to write text that persuades, including people with disabilities. The site was built to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

What we have done

The accessibility menu

Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom corner of the screen. It opens a menu with these options:

Settings are saved in the browser and apply on every page of the site. They can be reset at any time. We built the menu ourselves, and it does not send any information to anyone else.

Parts run by others

If one of them is not accessible to you, contact us and we will help you complete the action another way.

How accessibility was checked

We checked the site ourselves: with an automated testing tool, using a keyboard only, and on different screen sizes. The check was not done by a certified accessibility auditor. We keep checking and improving, and some parts of the site may still not be fully accessible.

Accessibility requests

If something on the site is not accessible, or you have a suggestion, we would like to hear from you:

To help us act quickly, please tell us what the problem is, on which page it appears, and if possible which browser and assistive technology (for example a screen reader) you were using.

Accessibility of the service

The whole service is provided online. There is no office that receives customers.
